When we encounter with alien civilizations in the universe, they are two completely different races, and the realization of friendly exchanges between the two civilizations naturally requires strength to speak. If the strength of alien civilization completely crush mankind, then even if the alien civilization will not invade us, it will only turn mankind into a low-level civilization and will not give us the same right of dialogue.
