No wonder the pyramid is a miracle of the world. When Egypt built the pyramid, the Chinese were still doing it

When it comes to ancient civilization, I believe everyone is familiar with it: ancient Babylon, ancient Egypt, ancient Rome and China. The first three ancient countries failed to survive because of historical wars and other reasons. Only China has survived for thousands of years. But did you know that in the period of the establishment of the Egyptian pyramids, Chinese civilization was far behind that of ancient Egypt. So the question is, what was China doing at that time?

First of all, I’d like to introduce you to the pyramids of Egypt.

From about 3500 BC, some small slavery States began to appear on both sides of the Nile. About 3100 BC, the initially unified ancient Egyptian state was established. The king of ancient Egypt, also known as the Pharaon, was the largest slave owner in ancient Egypt, with supreme power. In order to show their rights and get the chance of rebirth (the ancient Egyptians had the belief of rebirth for a long time), they built a huge tomb pyramid for themselves. Now the lower reaches of the Nile are scattered with the remains of about 80 pyramids.

The construction of the pyramid is also one of the unsolved mysteries in the world. There is no cement or other adhesive between the stones of the tower body. Instead, the stones are stacked one by one. Every stone is very flat, even after thousands of years, it still stands. It’s a miracle in the history of architecture. Pyramids make people sigh for the wisdom of ancient Egyptians!

According to archaeologists, the oldest Egyptian pyramids were built in the Third Dynasty, namely the zuosel period, that is 2635-2610 BC.

Now let’s go back to Chinese History: in 2600 BC, China was in the late Neolithic period. At this time, words and documents gradually appeared, and Longshan Culture in the lower Yellow River also quietly formed. Longshan culture refers to the culture of combining copper and stone. Archaeologists named these cultural relics with black pottery as “Longshan culture”. During this period, the Chinese mainly lived in agriculture and still lived a primitive life.

Before Longshan culture, Qujialing culture was formed in China. Human beings are engaged in primitive production activities. Archaeologists found a large number of tools and utensils, such as bronzes, stone tools, jades and bone wares at Shimao site. This shows that many tribes and clans had been formed in China at that time, but because of China’s large territory, it did not form a more unified country.

So if ancient Egypt in 2500 B.C. was a king’s rank, then China was only a golden rank at most. But what makes us Chinese proud of is that our Chinese culture has a long history of thousands of years. In today’s world stage, China also plays a huge role! Long live China!

That’s all for today’s history lecture hall. If you have any questions or opinions, you are welcome to comment and leave a message. Like can add a wave of attention Oh!
