The end of human civilization in 2070! The world is facing extreme high temperature, and climate change makes people stupid

This year’s may is obviously different from previous years. From the beginning of May, we can all feel that when the high temperature hits, the weather will suddenly become hot. It’s a blink of an eye when summer comes.

And have you found that the weather forecast on your mobile phone has also frequently displayed high temperature warning information in recent days. In some parts of Guangdong, the highest temperature also reached 35 ~ 37 ℃.

And according to a study published in the proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences a few days ago,

By 2070, the average temperature of human living environment will rise by 7.5 ℃, which is about 2.3 times of the global average temperature.

Researchers from Nanjing University in China, Washington State University in the United States, Exeter University in the United Kingdom, Aarhus University in Denmark and Wageningen University in the Netherlands jointly completed the study.

They pointed out that unless the global greenhouse gas emissions decline, in 50 years, one third of the world’s population will face extreme high temperature, live in an environment with an annual average temperature of more than 29 degrees Celsius, and some people will live in areas as dry and hot as the Sahara desert.

Scientists have found that throughout the 6000 years of human history, most people live in relatively narrow climate zones, with the average temperature of 11-15 degrees Celsius, and a small number of people live in areas with 20-25 degrees Celsius.

Moreover, according to research, nearly one billion people will lose the climate conditions suitable for survival for every one degree centigrade rise in the world.

At present, only 0.8% of the regions have extreme climate conditions, but it is expected that in the future, such high temperature regions will greatly expand to about 19% of the world’s land and nearly 3.5 billion people.

With the current trend of global warming, we have to pay more attention to this problem. Many studies have found that this trend will not only affect the development of human society

The living environment of human beings in the future will even lower their intelligence quotient.

A research team from the University of Colorado at Boulder has published relevant research papers

The increase of carbon dioxide concentration in the earth’s atmosphere may lead to the decline of human cognitive ability, reduce human concentration and hinder learning ability.

In fact, we should also have some experience in life. If we study or work in an airless space, our work efficiency will be greatly reduced.

Carbon dioxide is an additional product of various human activities. Because of the rapid increase of population, the environmental pollution caused by human industrial activities and the brutal treatment of forests, the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is gradually rising.

If we don’t take action to improve it, in 2070, human beings will not only face the possibility of no place to live and extinction, but also have IQ degradation, and human civilization may come to an end. It’s very terrible to think about it.

So what should we do? Some countermeasures are put forward for your reference

1、 Adjust the economic structure, promote technological progress and improve energy efficiency.

2、 Develop low-carbon energy and renewable energy, and improve the energy structure.

3、 Vigorously carry out afforestation, strengthen ecological construction and protection.

4、 Implement family planning and effectively control population growth.

5、 We strengthened the formulation of laws, regulations and policies to address climate change.

6、 We will intensify education and publicity on climate change.

In any case, we must take care of the environment. Although a person’s power seems insignificant, a little makes a lot. Together, it is infinite power. Human beings should learn to save themselves. Don’t have the tragedy of the end of human civilization.
