There have been many enigmas in human history that are difficult to explain. The three enigmas of natural disasters in the world have not yet been solved. They are: the capital explosion in 1626, the Tunguska explosion in 1908, and the Indian dead Hill mystery in 1922.
1. Big bang in Beijing
A mysterious big bang happened in Beijing, the capital of Ming Dynasty in the sixth year of Tianqi. It was a clear day. Suddenly, from the northeast to the southwest corner of the capital, the houses were in turmoil, and the ash gas rose with a loud noise. Wanggong factory, which had hundreds of tons of black explosives, experienced a “fireball rain”, and a big black mushroom cloud came out. In an instant, the sky was dark and the ground was dark. Dust and fire surged up. Wood, stones, people and birds fell from the sky like raindrops. Tens of thousands of people and houses were blown up in pieces, and the dead were all naked.
In the three hundred years since the explosion, there are dozens of hypotheses about the cause of the explosion, such as earthquake, tornado, gunpowder burning and explosion, but none of them belongs to the real scientific explanation. In 1986, at the seminar, experts agreed that the capital explosion was caused by the impact of an asteroid, which was consistent with the description of the scene before the explosion. What puzzles experts is that there is no record of meteorites in the Ming Dynasty, which was more developed in astronomy. If meteorites really fall, we can get the answer in the field exploration in the future.
2. Tunguska explosion
At 0:17 UTC on June 30, 1908, a large explosion occurred near the Tungus River and 800 km northwest of Lake Baikal in Russia’s Siberian Ewenki autonomous region. At that time, it was estimated that the explosion power was equivalent to 10-15 million tons of TNT explosive, and more than 2000 square kilometers of 6000 trees were burned down. The explosion was located in a remote area, so no one paid attention to it in the first ten years. In 1921, the investigation team of the Soviet Academy of Sciences went to collect relevant research data. After six years of searching, the investigation team entered the explosion zone for the first time. According to the burned woodland, the team thought it was a meteorite falling, but they searched around and found no crater or debris. Why is the explosion so powerful without any residual material? Later, more scientific research and many new hypotheses emerged: comets, nuclear weapons, spaceships, black holes, antimatter, these impacts caused explosions.
3. The mystery of the dead hills in India
One day, more than 3600 years ago, the residents of an ancient city on the central island of the Indus River almost all died at the same time, and the city of mohenzo Daro 4000 years ago was also destroyed. It was not until 1922 that the ruins of the ancient city were first discovered by the Indian archaeologist barnaeren. It is full of skeletons, so it is called “dead hill”. Why is this city destroyed? After a large number of on-the-spot investigations, scientists put forward several possibilities, such as flood disaster, extinct disease and conqueror invasion. There is also a surprising hypothesis: nuclear attack! Suffered from high temperature and explosion center, traces are very similar to the scene after the atomic bomb explosion. Some people even think that mohenzo Darrow was destroyed by aliens. Of course, this is just speculation.
