1、 Data computing has encountered a bottleneck
I believe many friends know that the greatest invention in the era of science and technology should be the computer. We can imagine that a ticket bank in ancient times needed a large number of calculation personnel to process the data.
I believe many post-50s and post-60s still remember the abacus. It was the most important tool for human data operation before the computer appeared. At that time, a company or enterprise, finance is often a department with a lot of staff. Human beings can realize the leap of science and technology through a hundred years, and the computer has played an important role.
But now the development of the computer has encountered a bottleneck, that is, the computing power of the data has been difficult to improve qualitatively. If the ability of computer can not be improved qualitatively, then the progress of human science will slow down, and it will take more time to become a first-class civilization.
2、 The development of materials science has met a bottleneck
Materials can be said to be the basis of science and technology. The birth of every scientific and technological product is based on materials. Without a strong material science, a lot of science and technology can only stay in theory and can not be realized. Although the material science of mankind has made great progress in the last hundred years, there is no outstanding progress in our material science in recent decades.

In fact, although nearly half a century has passed and technology has been greatly improved, we are still unable to continue the drilling of 12263 meters. The reason is that there is no stronger high-temperature strength material, which also shows that in the past half century, there has been no great progress in material science.
3、 Controllable fusion is difficult to achieve in a short time
Fifty years ago, scientists were very proud to say that mankind could realize controllable nuclear fusion technology in 50 years. But now 50 years have passed, and the goal of controllable nuclear fusion is still far away. Few scientists dare to say that human beings can achieve controllable nuclear fusion in 50 years.

Controllable nuclear fusion is very important for human civilization to upgrade to first-class civilization. It is an energy revolution. In other words, the application of fossil energy has basically reached the peak, energy can not break through, and many technologies of human civilization can not be realized. The first-class civilization can use all the energy and resources of the solar system, and to achieve this, we must have stronger power technology. Without powerful power, we can’t freely traverse the solar system, and stronger power needs to be achieved by controllable nuclear fusion.
4、 Battery technology cannot be broken through
In fact, the development of science and technology is also the development of energy. The key to how far science and technology can go is energy. Before human beings have achieved controllable nuclear fusion, the energy of fossil energy has reached its peak. At this time, we need a transitional energy to maintain the progress of human science and technology. This energy is battery.
We are not unfamiliar with batteries, which are used in all aspects of human beings, but our current battery technology is still relatively backward. With the powerful battery technology, it can not only solve most of the environmental pollution problems, but also make a great leap in human space technology.
We can imagine that after the leap of battery technology in the future, the application of fossil energy has been very few. At that time, people’s travel and daily life will use powerful batteries. Even the launch of space shuttle will be driven by powerful batteries instead of fossil fuels. This is an important breakthrough direction before the realization of controllable nuclear fusion.

The life span of human beings in the future is bound to be much higher than that of the present. At the same time, all kinds of diseases can not threaten us. Only gene technology can achieve a qualitative breakthrough, then human civilization can be regarded as a first-class civilization, but gene technology is also a very difficult subject to break through in the field of science.
