Why do all the celestial bodies in the universe rotate? What kind of power is this?

In our cognition, objects have two states at the macro level, one is the moving state, the other is the static state. Of course, the motion of an object is a relative state, and there is no absolutely stationary object. The reason is that when we enter the micro world, you will find that particles are in motion, and objects are composed of tiny particles. Since particles are not absolutely static, then objects are not absolutely static.

However, when we take an object as a reference, for example, we live on the earth, and take the earth as a reference, the object will have a relative state of motion and rest. In our field of vision, some objects are moving and some objects are still. At this time, we naturally can’t feel the movement of the earth.

In ancient times, people looked at the sun, moon and stars in the sky and saw that the sun and moon were constantly changing their positions. They thought that the sun and moon were moving, but the earth was not moving. But with the continuous progress of human civilization, when we enter the era of science and technology, we finally understand that the earth itself is moving, and the earth moves around the sun.

It is the rotation and revolution of the earth that gives rise to day and night, and the four seasons of the year. When we walk out of the earth and stand in space, we can directly see the rotation and revolution of the earth. At the same time, we also find that all the celestial bodies in the universe seem to be rotating. So there is a question: Why are the celestial bodies in the universe rotating? What kind of power is this? In fact, from the point of view that motion is relative, we can understand that there is no absolutely static thing in the world, and the celestial bodies in the universe can not violate the laws of nature, and the motion of celestial bodies is also relative.

From the perspective of the solar system, we will find that the sun does not move. But when we stand outside the solar system, you will find that the sun not only has rotation, but also has revolution. The rotation period of the sun is 27 days and the revolution period is 230 million years. We can even see that the whole solar system revolves around the silver center.

Of course, when we stand in the solar system, we can also observe the rotation of other galaxies and stars in the universe. It can be seen that the whole universe is in a state of motion, which is the most basic law of the universe. Why do celestial bodies rotate? What happens if the rotation stops? In fact, Newton has found the answer to this question, that is, gravity.

Newton realized the basic law of the universe: gravitation from the phenomenon of an apple falling to the ground, and put forward the law of gravitation. As long as it is a mass object, it will have the existence of gravity. All celestial bodies naturally have mass, so they all have gravitation, and there will be interaction between gravitation and gravitation. If there is no other force to fight against gravity, then the celestial bodies will attract each other and eventually collide.

The way for celestial bodies to resist gravity is through rotation. The force generated by rotation counteracts gravity, so that the celestial bodies present a stable state of motion. The same is true of the rotation of galaxies. There are hundreds of billions of stellar systems in the galaxy, all of which are in motion. If they don’t move, they will either approach each other and collide with each other, or they will be pulled by the strong gravity of the silver center and eventually swallowed by black holes.

So how does the rotation of celestial bodies come into being? To understand this problem, we need to start with the origin of the universe and the origin of celestial bodies. As we all know, the universe originated from the big bang of singularity 13.8 billion years ago. At the beginning of the big bang, a large number of hydrogen and helium nebulae were produced. In the early stage of the universe, there were no celestial bodies, and there were only nebulae of different sizes.

The constituent particles in the nebula will collide with each other. In the process of collision, they will produce a non-zero angular momentum. The result is that the whole nebula is moving at a high speed. With the gravitational collapse, the nebula turns faster and faster. Finally, the star is first born from the center of the nebula. Due to the conservation of angular momentum, the star still keeps its rotation.

The birth of a star absorbs most of the material in the nebula, and the rest of the material continues to move around the star, and then forms planets and other small bodies at different positions, which is the formation of a stellar system. Because of the angular momentum produced by the internal electron collision, the whole nebula is rotating, and the stars, planets and other celestial bodies born in the nebula also move because of the existence of angular momentum.

In all kinds of celestial bodies formed after the big bang, stars occupy an important position. The reason is that stars are equivalent to a nuclear fusion reactor, which can continuously convert a large number of hydrogen elements produced by the big bang into helium elements through nuclear fusion, and helium elements will be continuously converted into various elements such as iron. It can be said that the abundant elements in the universe are basically derived from the nuclear fusion of stars.

In a sense, stars are equivalent to the refinery of the universe. Without this refinery, even if the universe is born, there will only be basic elements, but not rich and colorful elements. The rich and colorful elements are the basis for the continuous evolution of the universe. Without these, the life planet cannot be born, and the intelligent life cannot be born.

At the end of the life of a star, a large number of elements will be ejected into the universe in the form of supernova explosion. It is possible that the formation of the solar system was also affected by the explosion of the previous generation of massive stars, resulting in the present abundant heavy elements. Supernova explosions bring heavy elements to the universe.

Although the celestial bodies and galaxies in the universe can basically maintain a relatively stable and safe state due to the existence of motion, when the level is magnified to such a large galaxy as the Milky way, the motion of galaxies can not maintain the same stability and safety as that of celestial bodies. The reason is that the motion of a large galaxy is not fixed. For a large galaxy like the Milky way, its revolution has no fixed orbit, but is constantly moving.

It is this constantly moving state that makes it possible for the Milky way to collide and fuse with other large galaxies. For example, scientists have found that in about 3.8 billion years, the Milky way will collide and fuse with its neighbor Andromeda galaxy, forming a larger elliptical galaxy. It can be seen that those very large galaxies in the universe may be formed by collision and fusion.

In human cognition, celestial bodies maintain a stable state by rotation and revolution, so that they can live safely in the universe. So does a huge object in the universe have to keep moving to resist gravity, not to be static? If the celestial body does not move according to the natural law of the universe, it will collide with other celestial bodies.

But there is no absolute. There is a power that can be changed. It is technology. The power of science and technology is inexhaustible, it is superior to the laws of the universe. As long as the power of science and technology is strong enough, we can build spaceships as big as planets, which can make spaceships still in the universe, unlike celestial bodies that have to keep moving.

In the same way, the power of science and technology can also transform a celestial body, make it disappear in rotation and revolution, and keep it absolutely safe and stable. Has the final say that we need to realize such a technological force, and we need the long development time of mankind. When we turn science and technology to the end point, mankind is the God of the universe and can change the rules of making the universe.
